Serj Tankian, the renowned Armenian-American musician and lead singer of the multi-platinum rock band System of a Down, is launching an exclusive multi-sensory paintings exhibition on June 1.
Taking place at The Hive Gallery in Los Angeles, the exhibition is titled ‘The Sky Is Not the Limit’ and celebrates Tankian’s unique brand of artistry, which combines his personal life story, music, and painting. It will feature several of Tankian’s original works, including a selection of large-scale canvases and a series of limited-edition prints.
The exhibition will also be accompanied by a multi-sensory experience, designed to provide a full immersion into the artist’s creative world. Visitors will be invited to interact with the works of art via a range of interactive elements, including light, sound, and motion. The artist is also launching a new series of limited-edition prints, which are available to purchase on the gallery’s website. The artist is donating all proceeds from the sales of the prints to the Social and Environmental Entrepreneurs, a non-profit organization which provides grants to support environmental projects in the Los Angeles area.
