“Elizabeth Holmes Had Her Second Baby and Her Lawyers Are Still Trying to Get Prison Entry Delayed”

Elizabeth Holmes, the founder and CEO of Theranos, had her second child in October and her lawyers are still trying to get her prison entry delayed. Holmes is charged with securities fraud and is facing up to 20 years in prison if she is convicted.
Holmes’ lawyers have argued that she should not be tried in the United States because of the high sentence given to other criminals in the country. However, the US Sentencing Commission has disagreed and said that Holmes should be given a sentence that is equal to or greater than the sentence given to her co-defendant, Elizabeth Holmes’ husband, Steven Holmes. #BUSINESS
